As the tallest peak in the city located in the southeastern part of Dong-gu, Daejeon, it stands proudly next to great mountains in neighboring regions such as Seodaesan, the tallest peak in Chungcheongnam-do (904 meters), and Daeseongsan, the tallest in Okcheon (705 meters).
