This festival takes place at Suncheonman National Garden, Suncheonman Wetland, and even in the city for a period of seven months. The national garden underwent renewal and now offers accommodations, a grass plaza that permits entry for dogs, a boat-riding experience on the river, various flower exhibits, and the garden is lit up at night for a fantastic nightscape.
