Daeseon Kalguksu, established in 1954, is a kalguksu (noodle soup) specialty restaurant renowned for its traditional flavors. Their signature dish, Daeseon Kalguksu, is made by adding noodles to a rich broth boiled with clams and topped with crown daisy and perilla seed powder, creating a deep and savory taste. Another key to their success is the bibim guksu (spicy noodles), which consists of noodles mixed with sesame oil and homemade red chili paste. Additionally, their tender and juicy suyuk (boiled pork slices) is also popular among customers.
