It is the first place where the sun rises in Korea. There is a park with green grass in front of the open sea, so it is perfect to take a break while looking at the sea. The specialty of this place is the huge Hope Post Box, which is 5 meters tall. You can go inside through the back to write and send a postcard. Postcards are free, collected regularly and delivered like regular mail. The Ganjeolgot Cape Monument and Lighthouse are also must-see points.
