Sambuja Budaejjigae is renowned for its signature budae jeongol (sausage hot pot), a spicy dish loaded with ham, sausages, crown daisy, bean curd, mushrooms, and glass noodles, all simmered in a rich broth. The restaurant offers a range of side dishes, including house-made kimchi, as standard fare with meals, and these can be refilled at the self-service corner. Guests have the option to add extra ingredients such as ramyeon (instant noodles), additional sausages, mushrooms, or tteok (rice cakes) to their stew.
