Gana Shabu Shabu is a renowned restaurant for hanu shabu shabu (Korean beef shabu-shabu). Shabu-shabu is a dish where thinly sliced beef and a variety of vegetables are parboiled in a boiling broth and dipped in a savory sauce. Their signature dish is the odorless and tender hanu shabu shabu, enhanced with chewy noodles made from domestic wheat, stimulating the palate. The yeongyang juk (nutritious porridge) served at the end of the meal is also a special treat.
