Gugu Jeonbok Samgyetang is a restaurant specializing in samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup), a traditional Korean nutritious dish. Their signature offering is a unique version of samgyetang that includes abalone and shingled hedgehog mushrooms. The nurungji (scorched rice) served alongside is also a delicacy. In addition to that, they offer origui (grilled duck), ori jumulleok (spicy stir-fried marinated duck), and abalone dishes. Renowned for their rich flavors, these dishes are popularly believed to help recover health, especially during the summer heat.
