Hanmaeum Naengmyeon is renowned for its Pyeongyang-style cold buckwheat noodles served in a light broth. The restaurant's standout offering is kimchi bibim (stir-fried kimchi with beef), a delightful mix of arongsatae suyuk (boiled beef center heel slices) and kimchi.
