Simin Kalguksu is celebrated for its unique culinary offerings, including Wang dongaseu (jumbo pork cutlet) and Eolkeun kalguksu (spicy noodle soup). The Eolkeun kalguksu, garnished with chives and seaweed powder, is flavorful yet not overly pungent. Its noodles, freshly kneaded each day, boast a chewy and savory quality. Another specialty is the Jeontong kalguksu (traditional noodle soup), featuring a light, soothing broth. The restaurant's signature crispy wang dongaseu, enhanced with a secret sauce, pairs excellently with dubu duruchigi (stir-fried bean curd).
