Located near the Wondae-ri Birch Forest, this noodle restaurant is known for its makguksu (buckwheat noodles), characterized by chewy noodles in a cool and tangy broth. Other menu items include gomchwi suyuk (boiled pork slices with Fischer’s ragwort), incorporating Inje's specialty, Fischer’s ragwort, and crispy gamja jeon (potato pancake). The restaurant takes pride in milling its own buckwheat and uses a specific quantity of this freshly milled buckwheat to craft the noodles, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
